The Chicago Blackhawks are taking on the Minnesota Wild tonight in what should be a challenging test for the team.

The Minnesota Wild are currently riding a wild hot streak, currently ranked 3rd overall in the NHL.

The overall success of the Minnesota Wild has been somewhat puzzling for hockey enthusiasts, as they missed the playoffs last year and made no significant splashes during the NHL offseason.

With that being said, the Minnesota Wild seem to be clicking on all fronts, with their Russian superstar "Kirill "The Thrill" Kaprizov leading their troops to victory in what seems to be on a nightly basis.

So what do the Chicago Blackhawks need to do to emerge victorious tonight?

The Blackhawks need to play a great game if they want to beat the Wild. That means being smart with the puck in the offensive zone, being hard to play against in the defensive zone, and some good goaltending would help as well.

Production from Connor Bedard, Teuvo Teravainen, and Taylor Hall amongst the other offensive players on this team would go a long way if they want to win. Getting bodies down low and in front of whoever Minnesota starts in the net could be key.

In addition to that, the Chicago Blackhawks must make every attempt to stay out of the box tonight.

During last weeks game against the Detroit Red Wings and the Dallas Stars, Blackhawk's superstar Connor Bedard continues to take unnecessary penalties, which has been hindering the team's ability to generate momentum.

Another major key to success will be mitigating time on the penalty kill, in addition to getting timely scoring from their PP1 when the opportunity presents itself.

Although the beating Minnesota Wild will be a challenging task, it's not impossible.
