The Chicago Blackhawks are coming off an unbelievable performance against the Florida Panthers last night, but that didn't come without some harsh words form CHSN's panel.

Ahead of last night's highly anticipated matchup against the Florida Panthers, the Chicago Blackhawks were on the verge of dropping 4 games in a row -- and morale was at an all time low.

With that in mind, CHSN's panel chimed in what they believe has potentially gone wrong for the Chicago Blackhawks thus far.

"You need to find him a home. You need to find him a line that works and then go with that and maybe get him out of this funk."

CHSN's critique highlights head coach Luke Richardson's handling of superstar Connor Bedard this season.

Connor Bedard is currently feeling the ill effects of the dreaded "sophomore slump", scoring just 3 goals in 20 regular season games.

Head coach Luke Richardson has been in the hot-seat as of late due to his questionable coaching decisions and his consistent line tinkering.

Although the Chicago Blackhawks pulled out the 3-1 upset, I'm inclined to agree with CHSN's panel regarding their take on Luke Richardson.

The Chicago Blackhawks bench boss has been shuffling the lines on a daily basis, making it almost impossible for Connor Bedard to generate any level of sustained chemistry with his line-mates.

Superstar Connor Bedard has been struggling in the face-off circle as of late, and head coach Luke Richardson has made the strategic decision to push Bedard to the left wing, allowing him to focus on his offensive production rather than taking draws.

"It's highly normal for a young player to come into the league as a center and spend quite a bit of time on the wing,» Maurice said. «Understanding the different positions is very, very important.»

Just recently, forward Jason Dickinson has recently been promoted to the 1st line center position, and it seems so be paying off so far.

As it stands, Luke Richardson should keep that keep that line intact. Bedard seems to be playing well alongside Dickinson, and there's absolutely no reason to change that formula anytime soon.
